A $35 booking hold is placed on your card to secure your appointment. This is NOT a charge - it is credited toward your final invoice if you proceed with the service. If you cancel before the Hero arrives, the hold is released. Your Hero confirms the inspection/diagnostic fee for your service before the visit; all payments are processed securely through HALOFIX USA (never paid off-platform), and the inspection fee is credited toward your total job cost if you proceed with the repair.
