Every completed job carries a minimum 90 days workmanship warranty from your assigned Hero. If a Hero fails to honor a valid claim, HALOFIX mediates and provides resolution support up to your membership cap (Up to $500 free / Up to $1,000 Premium). Parts are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties. Documents are stored in your Vault for 7 years. All warranty terms are documented in plain language and stored in your Digital Vault for 7 years.
